How It All Began...

Skin.Hair.&Body. was born from a direct and simple concept. "You can't be alive on the earth without skin. hair. and a body," says founder Danita Jackson, "and for that reason, we need to honor and take care of those things that give us life."

Her goal was to target an under-served market in the spa industry, by offering a quality product at an affordable price. As an eager aesthetics student, Danita developed a passion for waxing after attending her first National Asthetics Spa Network conference in Arizona. There she was introduced to brazilian waxing and more importantly male brazilian waxing! It is known that many female aesthetician shy away from accepting male clients for many reasons. For Danita, none of those reasons applied. "There's nothing to be afraid of to me. It's just hair."

In August of 2013, the licensed professional opened her doors to the public at a small and modest location. Her clients rave about her warm, welcoming personality, her attention to detail and care. Many of which return for additional services, because they simply can't find anyone quite like her!
